Vacuum Detachable Parts Feeder
This is a bowl feeder suitable for use in a clean room.
The bowl part and the vibrating part are fixed in a vacuum, and it can be attached and detached with a switch.
Bolts for fixing are not used at all in the detachable part.
Since the bowl part uses SUS 316L material and has a full welding structure, it is safe to use the cleaning agent without leaving it inside when washing.
Hydrogen peroxide vapor corresponding parts are used for the driving part.
